Our Approach: User First

At MentorMate, we put the user first. Our goal is to provide our clients with a true solution, and we believe this is best accomplished by asking the right questions before providing an answer.

We start by listening to our clients. What are your needs? How do you envision the end experience for the user? What are your business needs? Do you have existing technologies that we need to keep in mind?

Then, we ask more specific questions. Where will the product be used? What type of security do you require? What are your branding needs? And again, how will all of these factors affect the end user experience?

Only when we understand your needs do we go to the design table. We make several consecutive prototypes of the proposed solution, show you how the end user experience would look and feel in each scenario, and ask you what you like about each design.

Finally, once we know exactly what you need, we build a solution.

When we test our products, we ask questions that relate to the user experience. Will this product be easy to use? Will this solution provide everything that the client needs? How does the product align with branding standards?

We are not satisfied until we are certain that the end user will be satisfied.
