Rick Buchholz, Advisory Board Member

Mr. Buchholz has managed all financial aspects of his company from its pre-revenue stage through United States commercialization. He was an integral part of the final two rounds of private equity financing and its $48 million initial public offering completed in July 2000.

Previously, he spent more than six years at Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in emerging health care and technology companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
