Rand Eaton, Global Delivery Manager

Rand has over 18 years of IT client support and project management experience, including experience in all areas of the software development cycle and with multiple project management methodologies, including PMI and Agile. During his career, Rand has learned that "service is a lifestyle, not a business decision." He enjoys the process of discovery involved in working with clients to understand how business needs and technology can serve each other.

Rand's background includes experience in financial services and visual communications. He has studied Political Science at the University of Minnesota, and has worked as a consultant for many Minnesota-based Fortune 500 companies.

Rand's interests outside the office include rock climbing, yoga, and kayaking. He loves "all animals, with the exception of horses."
